CAUSES OF CRACKING

The cracks are caused by subsidence of the land require more than simple repair, in fact, if the subsidence is not corrected, the crack will always reopen.

However, there are other causes of cracking of concrete episodes of freezing, poor fill, excessive or inadequate drainage, roots of mature trees, a lateral deflection of the embankment, the mere removal of concrete or a combination several of these factors.
